Refund policy

 

We love the products we offer, but if something just isn’t for you, we have a return policy that is quick and easy. Purchases made in store or online can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging and must have original receipt. Your refund will be in the form of store credit.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL on shoes, swimwear, hats, gloves undergarments, clothing, food and sale items.

Holiday 2024 exchange policy will go through DEC 28.  

If your online purchase needs to be shipped back please email info@shopsensoree.com for return form.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
